Shipping Policy

Moon Hoard is operated by 無想创意有限公司 (Hong Kong; English legal name to be added after registration). WUXIANGLAB is the parent company.

All duties and taxes included

Moon Hoard ships orders on a duties-and-taxes-included basis. The buyer should receive the parcel with no additional import charge. The current DDP channel has no known destination-country exclusions.

Destinations and delivery estimates

The intended delivery area is worldwide. Standard delivery to Europe and North America is estimated at 7–14 days; estimates for other destinations are displayed at checkout. Express delivery is estimated within 7 days and costs US$10 more than the applicable standard shipping charge. Express shipping is never eligible for free shipping.

Tracking and the applicable carrier are provided after dispatch. Remote destinations, including Hawaii and Guam, incur a US$20 remote-area surcharge. PO-box availability and destination-specific delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Customs clearance

Moon Hoard uses a channel under which the merchant pays duties and import taxes. A customer must provide accurate delivery and customs information and respond to lawful clearance requests. If a carrier or authority requests an import payment from the recipient, the customer should contact service@wuxianglab.com before paying.

Delays and force majeure

Customs inspection, carrier disruption, severe weather, public-health measures, conflict, strikes, infrastructure failure, and other events outside reasonable control may delay delivery. Customers should contact service@wuxianglab.com for an order-specific remedy if tracking stops updating or the estimated window is exceeded.

Fragile collectibles and damage claims

Fragile ceramics, Jian ware, teaware, incense vessels, and similar collectibles use double-layer cushioning and an individual inner box. Express shipping includes transit insurance; standard shipping is covered up to the carrier's liability limit. A qualifying transit-damage claim may be remedied by replacement or refund after evidence review.

An unedited unpacking video is required for a transit-damage claim and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to service@wuxianglab.com with the order number and photographs. Customers should retain the item and all packaging until instructed otherwise.

International returns

International return shipping is paid by the customer, except where Moon Hoard confirms a qualifying defect, wrong item, or transit damage. The customer is responsible for accurate return customs declarations and for loss in return transit until the parcel is received. See the Refund Policy and obtain written return instructions before returning anything.
