Terms of Service

These terms govern use of this store and purchases from Moon Hoard. WUXIANGLAB is the parent company.

Contracting party and acceptance

The contracting party and seller is 無想创意有限公司 (Hong Kong; English legal name to be added after registration), trading as Moon Hoard. By using the store or placing an order, a customer agrees to these terms.

Store use

Customers must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the store lawfully. Moon Hoard may suspend access for fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, or material breach of these terms.

Products and collectible variation

Product images and descriptions aim to represent items accurately. Screens, lighting, photography, and production processes may cause colour differences. Handmade Jian ware, ceramics, teaware, and incense objects naturally vary in glaze, texture, dimensions, firing marks, and finish. Such individual variation is not a defect unless the delivered item materially departs from its specific listing or applicable mandatory standards.

Orders, prices, and payment

An order is subject to acceptance, availability, fraud review, and payment authorisation. A binding contract forms when Moon Hoard sends the shipping-confirmation email. If a price is clearly incorrect, Moon Hoard may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Available currencies, taxes, and order limits are shown at checkout.

Shipping, duties, and customs

Moon Hoard ships globally using duties-and-taxes-included delivery, so the buyer should receive the parcel without an additional import charge. The current DDP channel has no known destination-country exclusions. Customers must provide accurate customs information. If a carrier or authority requests an import payment, contact service@wuxianglab.com before paying. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, force majeure, or events outside reasonable control.

Returns and fragile goods

Returns, transit-damage evidence, international return shipping, handmade variation, and available remedies are governed by the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Store content and branding are protected by intellectual-property rights and may be used only for personal shopping purposes unless written permission is granted. Users must not submit unlawful or infringing content. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms; the store is powered by Shopify.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moon Hoard is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes are submitted to the courts of Hong Kong. Notices and complaints may be sent to service@wuxianglab.com.

Changes and contact

These terms take effect when the store is formally published. Material changes will be posted on the website and, where appropriate, emailed to subscribed customers. Existing orders remain governed by the terms accepted when their contract formed. Questions: service@wuxianglab.com.
